Thursday 29 September, 1-2pm, Djanogly Theatre at Lakeside, Professor Tim Birkhead, ornithologist and author, examines the way Francis Willughby changed how we study birds in what is effectively the most important and exciting transition in the history of ornithology.
From 19 August until 4 December Manuscripts and Special Collections is holding an exhibition on Francis Willughby, the local natural historian.
