BromleyHouseLibraryPresented by Mike Sassi at Bromley House on Tuesday 19th April 2016, 1.00pm – 2.00pm. Doors open at 12.45pm.

Or, how social media is making the world a harsher place – and why the Nottingham Post might help redress the balance. Mike Sassi has been the editor of the Nottingham Post since June 2013 – but he has lived in Nottinghamshire since 2002. He was previously editor of the daily North Staffordshire Sentinel newspaper. He is married with three grown-up children, guest lectures at three local universities – and is a lifelong fan of Sunderland AFC. But, above all else, Mike loves telling stories. Bromley House Members £3.00, visitors £4.00. Booking essential via 0115 9473134, enquiries@bromleyhouse.org or by calling into the library. Booking opens for library members on Saturday 20th February 2016 and for visitors on Saturday 5th March 2016.
