History in bricks and mortar… and much more besides! Come and join us for any or all of the following:

  • An opportunity to see conservation of a timber-frame building at work with Jason Mordan, Senior Practitioner Historic Buildings NCC

  • An introduction to Norwell’s history and architecture through a guided tour of the village.

  • In Norwell Village Hall a wider look at how Nottinghamshire Building Preservation Trust conserve and enhance the County’s buildings and give them new purpose and life.
  • Down to ‘The Plough’ for some R&R with like-minded people.

10.00 – 16.30 Conservation at Auld Cottage, Main Street, Norwell

16.45 – 17.45 Walk – Meet at the Church gates

18.00 – 19.00 Events in Norwell Village Hall
