Following the UK Government announcement regarding the Coronavirus [COVID-19] outbreak and the urgent need to avoid all non-essential social contact all local history meetings and events have been cancelled for the immediate future. This includes activities at City and County libraries and the University of Nottingham as well as local history societies.
It is highly likely that this shutdown will continue through May and June and probably longer.
We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates regarding all future meetings and any proposed outings as and when they become available.
